Inviteables

Terms

Short, because you shouldn't have to read four thousand words to send a party invitation. Last updated 22 August 2026. Our privacy policy is part of these terms.

What you're buying

$10 buys one invitation: a design you can edit, a link your guests open, replies collected for you, and an image you can download. Unlimited guests, no subscription, no per-person charge. Albums are separate and priced on the home page.

A guest album is a private web page where the people at your event upload photographs from their own phones, and from which you can download them at full size. It is not a printed book and nothing is mailed to you.

It starts immediately

Your invitation goes live the moment the payment succeeds. At checkout you acknowledge that you're buying a digital item that is available to use straight away. Our refund policy sets out what we will refund and when.

Who can buy one

You must be 18 or over to create an account or to buy an invitation. Guests need no account and can be any age; replying asks for a name and, if they choose to give one, an email address. Our privacy policy sets out how we treat information about children and young people.

Inviteables is run from the United States and priced in US dollars. You can buy from elsewhere; your bank converts the charge, and local tax may be added at checkout where we are required to collect it.

Agreeing to this

You agree to these terms when you create an account or buy something. A guest who replies to an invitation or adds photographs to an album agrees to what that page tells them at the time, and to the rules below about what may be uploaded.

Your account is a link

Your dashboard link is the password. Anyone holding it can edit your invitation and see your replies, so keep it to yourself — or sign in with an email address and we'll keep it for you.

What you put on it

Yours, and your responsibility. Don't use this for anything unlawful, and don't upload photographs you have no right to share. If someone tells us a picture shouldn't be there, we'll take it down — see our copyright policy.

A few things are not allowed anywhere on this site: sexual content involving anyone under 18; content that harasses, threatens or demeans a person; pictures of someone who has asked not to be shown; anything that infringes another person's rights; and using the site to send spam, scrape it, or get around its limits. We may remove content, close an event or end an account that breaks these rules or these terms, and in that case no refund is owed.

You are responsible for what you and your guests put here. If somebody makes a claim against us because of it, you will cover what it costs us.

Photographs guests add

A guest who adds a photograph to an album gives the host of that event the right to keep it, download it and have prints made — which can mean sending it to a printing company, which has its own terms and is not us. Nobody else gains any right to it, us included: we store the album and serve it, and that is all. Doing that means we copy, resize and display the photograph as the site needs to, and the guest allows exactly that much and nothing more.

If you send photographs to be printed, you are confirming you have the right to print them.

Anyone who appears in a photograph can ask for it to be taken down, whether or not they took it and whether or not they have ever used this site. Our privacy policy explains what we need in order to find it.

The designs

The photographs and artwork are either licensed to us or in the public domain, and you're licensed to use them in invitations you make here. That doesn't extend to extracting them for anything else.

How long we keep your event

Every period below is measured from the date of your event.

Before anything is deleted we send you an email containing links to download the invitation and the guest list. The twenty-four hour case is the exception, because we have no means of contacting you.

An invitation cannot be edited after its event date. Our privacy policy sets all of this out in full.

What we don't promise

We'll keep this running and fix what breaks, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copy of anything that matters — the download button is there for that.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost photographs, replies or invitations — and our total liability to you for anything arising from this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the item concerned. Some places don't allow some of these limits, in which case they apply as far as they can.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be settled by talking to us will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away consumer rights that the law where you live gives you and doesn't let you give up.

Changes

If these change, the date above moves. Changes don't apply retroactively to something you've already bought.
